Art workshops for children at Rooftop Arts, September 2024

It was an absolute joy to show the children around Art for Planet Earth and explain the meaning, inspiration and creative impulses which led me to paint these canvases. It is one of my passions to work with children and to start a conversation about how we are damaging our planet and how we can all create a better and brighter future. Children are all so open, engaged and interested in the artworks and the message. They get it! Unlike many adults who prefer to stay within their own ‘filter bubbles’ of denial or conspiracy. We then had a workshop where they did some great work. Here’s a few of the round ones, about rubbish!
